TransUnion is one of the premier credit agencies in the world, and it has been around since 1968. This particular company provides a host a financial services that are designed to keep businesses afloat. If these valuable financial services weren’t around, many businesses would fall into “the red.” As of 2018, TransUnion has experienced a major change at a major position. John Blenke, former-Chief Legal Officer of TransUnion, has retired from his post. This departure has led to producing a huge void in leadership. Thanks to the agency’s progressive nature, a new person will be taking over this exclusive role, and she has all of the qualifications to do so.
Heather Russell, J.D., has been named the new Chief Legal Officer of TransUnion. James Peck, president of the agency, is fully confident in the new choice as this woman has held many similar roles with other companies. Heather Russell just so happens to be well-accomplished as well as well-educated. She has put in the time, has put in the effort and has put in the work to get to where she currently is today. “Russell will fit in easily with our team as we continue to execute our growth strategy,” said Peck. TransUnion shouldn’t miss a beat will Russell (@heather_russell) on the team, and she has a resume that will attest to her position. Her regulatory expertise is vast as she will cover a wide variety of topics such as data privacy & security, legal issues, mergers, regulatory compliance and acquisitions.
