Jeffry Schneider is the amazing force behind the very successful company, Ascendant Capital LLC. When he first founded the company and became its CEO, he had a vision, and part of that vision was to take the boutique investment firm from its humble beginnings and grow it into something that would really stand out in the world. This, he has accomplished, because the company that began with only two employees, now has over thirty. Under his experienced leadership, Ascendant has raised $1 billion and, in usual Jeffry style, the company has challenged itself to push beyond the norm and start to earn $50 million a month over the next twelve months.
Jeffry Schneider has over 24 years of hard-earned experience in the financial services industry. Before he took his job at his first firm, he attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and received his Bachelor’s degree in science. After his education, he went right to work for a spread of different prestigious firms including Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch, Alex Brown, Paine Webber, and CIBC Oppenheimer. He had many different roles while working for these firms and learned plenty about providing investment banking and wealth management services to institutional investors, family businesses, and more. He soaked up as much as he could about alternative investing, and this is where he first began to be seen as one of the top leaders in that industry. He also spent time as part of the senior management staff for both Axiom Capital Management and Paradigm Global Advisors.
Jeffry Schneider doesn’t just demand the best out of himself at his company, he also aims for excellence in his off time. His health and wellness pursuits are known by many, and especially the half ironman marathons he competes in that take place in locations all around the globe. His Vimeo account highlights a competition he took part in that happened in New Zealand, and you’ll also find information about some of his favorite charities there. As a philanthropist, Jeffry supports a wide range of organizations that help humanity and among these are the Gazelle Foundation, the Cherokee Home for Children, Wonders and Worries, Mobile Loaves and Fishes, and Gods Love We Deliver.
