A Look At How Honey Birdette Is Rapidly Expanding

Honey Birdette is an Australian lingerie company which has a large retail presence in that country. They are now expanding to the United Kingdom with plans to go from three to 40 stores in the country before the end of 2018. They also opened their United States e-commerce site recently in order to enter that market as well.
It was in 2006 that the founder of the company, Eloise Monaghan launched the company which is headquartered in Brisbane. She noted that over the last year sales to US customers has exploded by 374% which led to her launching the new US website. This new website will allow the company to get products to US customers much quicker, free shipping on orders exceeding $50, and an easier way to handle returns. It has plans to start opening retail stores in the United States in the coming few years.
Among the UK cities that Honey Birdette will be opening stores is Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, and Westfield Stratford. The existing stores are located in London, Westfield White City, and Leeds’ Victoria Gate. The company has 55 retail locations in Australia and also plans on expanding into Europe.
Eloise Monaghan came up with the idea of her company while drinking champagne with a friend. They were talking about not being able to find luxury lingerie that was sexy and provocative enough for them. She launched the brand as a premium brand that starts at £60 for bras and briefs at £35.
Honey Birdette maintains a lively social media presence on Facebook. They page features their latest lingerie and what’s happening in their various stores. The page also offers tips on how to wear their lingerie both in the bedroom and during happy hour and other dating activities.
